The Redo TAV app offers a structured approach for evaluating the suitability of transcatheter aortic valves in redo procedures through systematic CT analysis, known as Redo-TAV CT Planning, and supplies procedural guidance via the Procedural Guide. The underlying algorithm is developed from comprehensive research of published literature on Redo-TAV interventions, including bench testing and CT simulation studies.

Redo-TAV CT Planning

When the second valve is chosen, the application systematically guides the user through assessment steps and consolidates relevant data. This step-by-step process ensures comprehensive evaluation without omitting critical aspects. Notably, the app functions as a guiding tool rather than providing automated recommendations, prompting users to proceed based on their inputs.</li>

Procedural Guide

<li>Based on the initial valve parameters and the selected second valve, the app offers information on optimal implant height and depth. Where available, it also includes brief visual clips demonstrating actual implantation procedures.</li>

<li>The user has the option to input key data points to generate visual reports that assist in outcome evaluation and record keeping.</li>
